Newspaper Sued For Overtime Pay

Law360 (July 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A South Florida Sun-Sentinel Co. employee has filed a proposed class action against the newspaper, claiming that it should have continued to pay him overtime when he went from earning an hourly wage to a yearly salary.
