Judge Kills Blagojevich's Bad Juror Bid, Scolds Atty

Law360, Chicago (December 19, 2011, 4:59 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Monday rejected former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich's bid for a hearing on possible juror misconduct that his lawyers alleged would warrant a new trial, reprimanding the attorney who filed it and suggesting she write the juror an apology letter.
