Buyer Should've Inspected Staten Island Property: Atty

Law360, New York (December 19, 2011, 3:51 PM EST) -- An attorney for the sellers of about 20 acres of oceanfront Staten Island property told a New York state judge Monday that the buyer should have done its own inspections on a seawall before agreeing to buy the property for $36 million.
