5th Circ. Revives Whistleblower Suit V. Credit Union

Law360, New York (December 19, 2011, 8:43 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit on Monday revived a lawsuit brought by a Greater New Orleans Federal Credit Union employee who claims she was fired for complaining of possible fraud in the company’s lending practices.
