NCI Protest Over $24M Army IT Project Tossed

Law360, New York (December 19, 2011, 8:02 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office denied NCI Information Systems Inc.'s protest over a $24 million task order for information technology work at Fort Benning, Ga., ruling that the U.S. Army was justified in choosing a more expensive but better-rated offer from Lockheed Martin Corp., according to a decision published Monday.
