Tech Cos. Lose Challenges To $500M Pentagon Contract

Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 8:41 PM EST) -- In an opinion unsealed Monday, a U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge tossed two challenges to a $500 million information technology services contract with the Pentagon, ruling that the plaintiffs, who had lost out on the contract, had no standing to bring their protests.
