Nova Exec Cops To $16M In Army Corps Contract Bribes

Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 4:06 PM EST) -- A Nova Datacom LLC executive has pled guilty to conspiring to direct $16 million in bribes to two U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials and the contracts director for another company, according to documents unsealed Friday in Washington federal court.

Young "Alex" Cho, who was the chief technology officer at Nova Datacom when he signed off on a plea agreement in September, copped to one count of conspiracy to commit bribery, money laundering and wire fraud, and to defraud the U.S.; and one count of bribery....
