Calif. Court Dismantles Brookstone's Win In ZIP Code Suit

Law360, New York (December 21, 2011, 1:27 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Tuesday revived a proposed class action claiming Brookstone Co. Inc. collected ZIP codes as part of credit card transactions, ruling that a California high court decision finding the conduct illegal applied retroactively to the suit.
