Men's Wearhouse Struck With Manager OT Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (December 21, 2011, 7:45 PM EST) -- A manager for The Men’s Wearhouse Inc. slammed the dress apparel giant with a putative class action lawsuit Tuesday, claiming the retailer misclassified salaried managers at California stores as exempt from overtime and improperly denied them pay, breaks and reimbursements.

The lawsuit against the national men’s retailer with over $2 billion in annual sales could have repercussions for hundreds of current and former managers at the 83 Men’s Wearhouse stores across the Golden State.
