Camera Maker Sues Rival Over Ex-Exec's Email Hacking

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 3:45 PM EST) -- Movie camera maker Red Digital Camera on Wednesday launched a trade secret and unfair competition suit in California against rival Arri Inc. and a former Arri executive who pled guilty in September to hacking the email of another competitor, Band Pro Film & Digital.
