GAO Won't Overturn Coast Guard Plane System Contract

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 5:06 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office earlier this month denied an aircraft parts supplier's protest of a U.S. Coast Guard contract awarded to Rockwell Collins Inc., saying the agency lacked sufficient information to critique a labor-hour proposal during discussions of the supplier's bid.
