Phil Spector Asks High Court To Undo Murder Conviction

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 3:36 PM EST) -- Legendary 1960s songwriter and producer Phil Spector on Thursday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn his conviction for an actress' murder in 2003, saying a trial judge’s inclusion into evidence of a videotaped hearing violated his Sixth Amendment rights.
