Orrick To Face Coudert Claims In District Court

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 5:00 PM EST) -- A federal judge ruled on Friday that claims brought by defunct law firm Coudert Brothers LLP's plan administrator over the sale of the firm's Chinese assets to Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP should be battled out in federal district court, not bankruptcy court.
