Court Of Justice To Hear Nasdaq Trademark Dispute

Law360, New York (July 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Italian sports company Antartica Srl will take its trademark battle with the Nasdaq Stock Exchange to the European Court of Justice after the European Commission refused to grant it the rights to use the Nasdaq mark on some of its products.
