Calif. Court Affirms Lease Renewal For Chevron Terminal

Law360, New York (January 3, 2012, 4:53 PM EST) -- A California state appeals court on Friday upheld a lower court’s decision greenlighting the California State Lands Commission’s approval of Chevron USA Inc.’s 30-year lease renewal, allowing the petroleum giant to continue operating a marine terminal in San Francisco Bay.
