Ex-McKesson Worker Files Pay, Seating Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (January 4, 2012, 2:35 PM EST) -- A former warehouse worker slammed McKesson Corp. with a putative wage-and-hour class action Friday, alleging that the health care giant failed to provide hourly workers at its California distribution centers with adequate seating and failed to pay for missed meal breaks.
