Kodak Preparing Ch. 11 Filing

Law360, New York (January 4, 2012, 8:07 PM EST) -- Beleaguered photography and imaging pioneer Eastman Kodak Co. is preparing a Chapter 11 filing in case it fails to sell some of its digital patents, according to a report Wednesday, the day after the company disclosed that the New York Stock Exchange had threatened to delist it.
