Gabon FCPA Exec Says He Didn't Understand Arms Sales Biz

Law360, Washington (January 4, 2012, 7:09 PM EST) -- A former U.S. Secret Service agent accused of attempting to bribe Gabonese officials took the stand in his own defense Wednesday, professing his inexperience in the military equipment industry and lack of comprehension that any crime was being committed.
