Hustler Exec's Sexual Harassment Suit Sent To Arbitration

Law360, Los Angeles (January 5, 2012, 3:02 PM EST) -- A California state judge on Thursday ruled that a former Hustler executive must arbitrate sexual harassment claims he leveled at Larry Flynt's daughter, whom he accused of making unwanted sexual advances, making lewd comments and touching him inappropriately.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael P. Lindfield said that Steven Prescott, former West Coast district manager for Hustler, was bound by an arbitration agreement to settle all disputes arising from his employment with the company, including his spat with Theresa Flynt, the vice president of the publication....
