Judge Sets Dates In Forgent's JPEG Litigation

Law360 (February 5, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge in Texas has outlined the time schedule for Forgent Networks’ closely watched patent lawsuit against the world’s top technology companies over image compression technology.

Judge David Folsom of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas scheduled a Markman hearing on claim construction for April 28, 2005, Forgent said.
