CVS Pharmacists Dispense Wage Suit Over Travel Pay

Law360, Los Angeles (January 6, 2012, 5:12 PM EST) -- CVS Pharmacy Inc. on Thursday was sued by a putative class of California pharmacists who claim they haven't been reimbursed for the time spent or expense of traveling between stores.
