Feds Blast Gabon FCPA Execs In Closing Argument

Law360, Washington (January 9, 2012, 6:46 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Monday wrapped up its case with gusto against five military equipment industry executives accused of attempting to bribe Gabonese officials, saying the defendants were clearly aware that a crime was being committed.
