Paul Hastings Lands $339M SF Lease For Salesforce.com

Law360, New York (January 6, 2012, 8:34 PM EST) -- Salesforce.com, a leading provider of cloud-based business software, inked a $339 million, 18-year lease for 400,000 square feet in a San Francisco office tower owned by TIAA-CREF, the company said late Thursday.

The lease — which shakes out to about $35 per square foot per year — will eventually give Salesforce.com 20 floors in the 43-story building, along with the option to buy it in 2017, according to a copy filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
