Native Group Drops Some Claims Over Calif. Solar Project

Law360, New York (January 9, 2012, 5:59 PM EST) -- A Native American group agreed Friday to drop two of its claims against the federal government and California-based Imperial Valley Solar LLC over plans to build several solar facilities in the desert that would intrude on Native American land.
