Tribes' Oil, Gas Royalties Suit Not Time-Barred: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (January 9, 2012, 5:43 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday revived two American Indian tribes' claims that the federal government cheated them out of royalties by wrongfully converting several oil and gas leases at a Wyoming reservation, finding that the tribes' suit was not time-barred.
