Ferrero To Put $2.5M In Customers' Jar Over Nutella Ads

Law360, New York (January 11, 2012, 8:24 PM EST) -- Ferrero USA Inc., the New Jersey-based maker of Nutella, agreed Tuesday to pay $2.5 million to customers and revise its multimedia ad campaign touting the creamy, sweet chocolate hazelnut spread as a healthy breakfast item to settle a class action claiming its ads are misleading.
