Yates Accuses Pipe Fittings Cos. Of Price-Fixing Scheme

Inc. accused three of the largest U.S. suppliers of ductile iron pipe fittings of conspiring to fix prices for the products Tuesday in New Jersey, following on the heels of last week's Federal Trade Commission complaint making similar claims.
