Judge Questions Timing In Toyota Headlamp Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (January 11, 2012, 7:46 PM EST) -- A California judge on Wednesday raised concerns over a proposed class action alleging Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. failed to warn customers about a headlamp defect in its Lexus RX line of cars, noting that the named plaintiff addressed the problem almost eight years after the vehicle's purchase.
