Cellini Attys Fight Judge On Juror Misconduct Questions

Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 7:41 PM EST) -- Arguing that an Illinois federal judge had unfairly limited their line of questioning at a hearing last week, attorneys for convicted real estate investor William Cellini outlined on Wednesday how they would further question a juror they claim should be disqualified due to misconduct.
