Playboy Wins Texas Appeals Row Over Licensing Deal

Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 6:50 PM EST) -- A Texas state appeals court on Thursday affirmed a trial court's ruling refusing to grant a new trial in Playboy Enterprises Inc.’s successful suit against a Spanish-language distributor and its affiliate for allegedly violating a licensing agreement.
