Plaintiffs Seek To Lift Stay Of Tribune Clawback Suits

Law360, Wilmington (January 12, 2012, 7:24 PM EST) -- Plaintiffs in a multidistrict litigation hoping to claw back billions from former Tribune Co. shareholders asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge on Thursday to lift a stay of the suits, saying they no longer have any bearing on the media giant’s bankruptcy and should be allowed to proceed.
