Wynn Resorts Director Sues To Get Investment Records

Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 8:13 PM EST) -- The former vice chairman of Wynn Resorts Ltd. asked a Nevada court Wednesday to force the casino operator to divulge records concerning his investments in the company, arguing he has a right to review its books and records.
