3rd Circ. Backs NJ Town In Real Estate Payment Fracas

Law360, New York (January 17, 2012, 8:56 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit on Friday tossed a lawsuit alleging the borough of Milltown, N.J., made a land grab in order to redevelop a dilapidated industrial site without properly compensating property owners.

The Third Circuit backed the district court, finding that SB Building Associates LP and two other plaintiffs were required to seek remedy at the state level and had otherwise failed to support claims that Milltown inappropriately moved ahead with redevelopment plans.
