DOD's Bundling Approach Harms Small Businesses: Panel

Law360, New York (January 17, 2012, 10:02 PM EST) -- While the U.S. Department of Defense has improved its efforts to bring small business contractors into the fold, its practice of bundling many small tasks into a single large contract can shut small businesses out of competition and deny them opportunities, a panel told Congress on Tuesday.
