Obama Taps Zients To Head OMB

Law360, New York (January 17, 2012, 7:52 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama on Tuesday named Jeffrey Zients acting director of the Office of Management and Budget, an arm of the executive branch that oversees the federal budget, as well as federal procurements and agency performance.

Zients will replace Jack Lew, who will take over as Obama's chief of staff.
