Korean Air Can't Clip Price-Fixing Suit's Wings

Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 6:07 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday refused to toss a putative class action accusing Korean Air Lines Co. Ltd. of price-fixing, ruling that the plaintiffs had sufficient standing to bring the action.
