Trump SoHo Developers To Shed Hotel, Condos

Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 7:31 PM EST) -- The Sapir Organization and Bayrock Group, developers of New York City's Trump SoHo hotel, have hired a team of brokers to sell the 46-story building and its unsold condominium units, a person with knowledge of the deal said Wednesday.

Sapir and Bayrock hired Eastdil Secured LLC and Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to sell the common areas of the building and the unsold condo units, the quantity of which is unclear, though the developers have reportedly had trouble finding buyers for the 391 luxury units.
