HUD Loses Bid To Toss Law Firm's $25M Contract Suit

Law360, New York (January 19, 2012, 7:49 PM EST) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge on Wednesday denied a request by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to toss a $25 million contract suit brought by a Cleveland law firm, finding that the firm had not violated its contract to sell foreclosed properties in Ohio.
