Whole Foods Dealt Wage, Bonus Action By Ex-Workers

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 3:14 PM EST) -- Two former Whole Foods Market Group Inc. employees filed a proposed class action in New York federal court on Wednesday accusing the company and two managers of withholding wages, overtime pay and bonuses.

Ramon Espinosa and Maxins Santana were grocery store team members at a Whole Foods in New York under the management of the individual defendants, William Renna and Ciro Alfieri.
