Pension Plan's ING Kickback Suit Not Too Late: Judge

Law360, New York (January 19, 2012, 5:10 PM EST) -- A Connecticut federal judge on Thursday said most claims are not time-barred in a pension plan administrator's putative class action alleging ING Life Insurance and Annuity Co. engaged in a pay-for-play scheme with mutual funds in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
