Ex-Clark Burnett Workers Abandon Overtime Class Action

Law360, New York (January 19, 2012, 6:25 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge tossed current and former Clark Burnett Love & Lee GP employees' putative class action Thursday after they dropped their overtime pay charges against the personal injury and product liability firm last week.

U.S. District Judge Gray Miller dismissed the case with prejudice after both parties filed a stipulation saying they had resolved the matter outside of court and moved for a "take nothing" judgment.
