Calif. High Court Revives Appeal Over Timesheet 'Rounding'

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 9:12 PM EST) -- The California Supreme Court on Wednesday breathed new life into an appeal from See's Candy Shops Inc. in a class action over See's practice of rounding employee time entries to the nearest six minutes, setting the stage for what could be the first appeals court decision in the state on the practice.
