Wells Fargo A 'Repeat Offender' Of FLSA: Class Action

Law360, New York (January 23, 2012, 5:05 PM EST) -- A Texas loan processor called Wells Fargo Bank NA a “repeat offender” of federal labor laws on Friday in a bid to certify a proposed class action alleging the bank failed to pay overtime and maintain accurate records. 

Lead plaintiff Rose Griffith filed a motion for class certification in Texas federal court claiming Wells Fargo has been involved in and settled other Fair Labor Standards Act overtime class actions, which she implied lent weight to her argument for conditional certification.
