Microsoft Hit With Suit Over Visual Voice Mail Patents

Law360, New York (January 24, 2012, 1:10 PM EST) -- Patent-holding company Klausner Technologies Inc. on Monday slapped Microsoft Corp. with a suit in Texas, accusing the technology giant of infringing its visual voice mail patents.

Klausner's complaint — filed in Texas federal court — asked the court to grant unspecified damages and an injunction barring Microsoft from infringing the patents-in-suit.
