Ex-Aviation Co. Exec Says BCI Bribes Backed Solid Deals

Law360, Chicago (January 23, 2012, 8:05 PM EST) -- A former AAR Corp. executive who copped to accepting more than $400,000 from the owner of BCI Aircraft Leasing Inc. to facilitate transactions between the companies told an Illinois federal jury Monday it was in his ex-employer's best interest to deal with BCI.
