Sodexo Says Calif. Wage Action Too Thin To Go Forward

Law360, New York (January 24, 2012, 4:48 PM EST) -- Sodexo Inc. asked a California federal court Monday to dismiss a proposed class action claiming the food service giant denied workers breaks and overtime pay, saying the plaintiff didn't provide enough facts supporting her allegations or connecting her experience with other employees'.
