Judge Tosses Some Accutane IBD Cases

Law360 (July 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has dismissed the cases that relied on the testimony of a doctor to prove allegations that taking Roche Holding AG's acne drug Accutane gave them irritable bowel disease.
