Texas Abortion Law Opponents Seek 5th Circ. Rehearing

Law360, New York (January 25, 2012, 7:21 PM EST) -- A proposed class of Texas physicians and abortion providers on Tuesday asked the Fifth Circuit to rehear their appeal of a controversial state law that requires health care providers to show patients fetal sonogram images and heartbeat sounds before they can consent to an abortion.
