Marilyn Monroe Estate To Snag Image Rights For $3M

Law360, New York (January 25, 2012, 7:11 PM EST) -- The family archive of the famed, late photographer Sam Shaw on Friday settled an eight-year legal dispute over photos he took of Marilyn Monroe, requesting a New York bankruptcy court approve a $3 million deal giving her estate commercial rights over the photos.
