Ex-Army Corps Director Pleads Guilty In $1B Bribery Case

Law360, New York (January 25, 2012, 6:28 PM EST) -- A former U.S. Army Corps of Engineers program director entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors Tuesday in a Washington federal court bribery case involving more than $1 billion worth of information technology contracts.

The government filed a consent motion to convert a status hearing in its case against Michael A. Alexander to a plea hearing, which is to take place Jan. 30.
